Hey, here we are, a small shop on the street,
Packed with people all around and a mustached man to greet.
As we entered, with your fingers clenched into mine,
A cheerful guy welcomed us, offering some wine.
Pulling the chair to make me comfortable,
I denied the alcohol—your eyes are enough to make me high, though stable.
"Beer or whiskey?" he asked—“Two café mochas,” I passed.
Till the time it comes, I can amuse you with the lameness of my puns.
But as long as that broad smile flourished on your idiotic face,
Every bit of my nerve filled with joy—mission accomplished.
Ohh! Here come two smileys on the table,
You already took a sip, running it as fast as possible.
But my heart throbs at a higher rate,
Because I envy that cup of coffee that gets to touch your lips on My Date.
Eyes locked—no words needed,
Let’s not break the silence or let things fade.
Let our eyes do all the romance for another half an hour over this cup of coffee,
Let our hearts have a talk for as long as they could be.
Let your thumb explore my hand gently,
Let me give you that wink which suits the scene perfectly.
Ohhh… and within this, that cheerful guy is back—
But this time, not to offer anything, but to collect his price.
He took his share…
We had our share of memories.
So let me tell you, even 30 minutes of your presence
Makes me carefree, without any worries.
It could be the beginning of another chapter, so I do avoid "The End."
Let me live in your memories forever and ever, without any blend.
